Robin E. Prescod has over twenty-one exhilarating years experience in the real estate industry. In 1989, she started as a listing agent with a midtown real estate agency and became an Associate Broker by 1996.

She has been affiliated with Harlem Homes Realty since we opened our doors in September 2000. Along with her partners, she shares the vision and is committed to servicing all with the utmost integrity so they may enjoy the benefits of working with an established Harlem based boutique firm.

In 1923, her grandparents from Guyana settled on West 131st and opened the family furniture business around the corner on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd, which was known later in the 1950's as "Prescod & Son". You now see the brand new Wa Condominuim under construction where the family business once lived. With her roots in Harlem, she is glad to see the continuing re-development and intends to be apart of it.

Robin is an alumnus of New York University, plus attended Baruch College, The New School, and The New York Real Estate Institute where she studied for her real estate broker's license.

For several years she was an active and successful member of Business Network International (BNI), where she has learned the art of networking, sharing information, marketing and promoting her real estate business, which all led to her success here in the Harlem Real Estate marketplace. Robin began working in the Harlem market in 1996 with family customers who only wanted to live in Harlem. Since then, she was here to see property values soar tremendously and steadily for 15 years.
